Slate for election as directors: At the annual meeting, the following slate will be proposed to serve as directors of the Sumner Citizens Association: Rich Landfield, Endre Esztergomi, Donna Collins, Marsha Barnes, Helen Berns, Nancy Klothe, Owen Kirby, Nora Denbo, Susanna Gebhard, and Asher Lipman. You will note that the number of candidates proposed is 10 while the bylaws proposed for adoption provide for a board of directors of nine directors. This discrepancy comes about because after the notice was sent out about the annual meeting (with the proposed bylaws), an additional person indicated interest in serving on the board.
