Recent Actions on Behalf of the NeighborhoodThe Sumner Citizens Association submitted a letter of concern to the Montgomery County Council and our Council member indicating concern about the pace of consideration of the Planning Board suggested Attainable Housing Initiative (AHI). An informal survey of attendees at our annual meeting indicated few people knew the details of this proposed change. We urged both a slow down in the pace of consideration and further resident-focused educational efforts.Little Falls Watershed Alliance If you are interested in helping keep Little Falls watershed healthy and well-maintained, check out the Little Falls Watershed Alliance website.
